Reservation deadlines

  • Reservations open all year round
  • Payment of a 30% deposit to confirm the reservation
  • Payment of the balance one month before arrival

COVID-19 INSURANCE SUBSCRIBED WITH HEALTH PROTECTION OPTION

  • Multi-risk insurance with the health protection option, which implies:
    –          if the pre-departure COVID test is positive and health protection has been taken out, it works to get a refund
    – If COVID-19 is caught within 30 days before departure it works to get a refund
    –          Denied boarding before departure, if virus suspected
    –          On site medical costs related to COVID-19 and if hospitalized, there is coverage.
    –          If once on site a quarantine occurs, a flat rate hotel fee of €80/day for 14 nights would be put in place
    –          If the return is impossible, the flight is canceled by the company due to health restrictions at the time of the return, a payment of up to €1,000 per customer for the return flight is put in place.
